Your Legal Rights and Options

OPTION	RESULT
Submit a Claim Form:	This is the only way to receive a payment in the Settlement if you have not previously participated in the Recalls by Mattel and Fisher-Price.
Exclude yourself:	Receive no payment in the Settlement. This is the only way to preserve your right to file your own lawsuit against Mattel and other Released Parties relating to legal claims in this case. Note that you do not have to exclude yourself to later bring individual personal injury cases.
File an objection:	You may write to "object" if you do not like the Settlement. But you cannot exclude yourself if you object.
Go to the hearing:	You or your attorney may ask to speak in Court about the fairness of the Settlement, but you don't have to.
Do nothing:	Receive no payment. Give up your rights.
